Rooms and Rates

The suite starts with a large air-conditioned bed chamber with walk-in closet. There is a queen bed, and a single bed. An antique crib is situated in the alcove between the bed chamber and sitting room. Off the sitting room are a shower room and a new tub room.


Both the bedroom and sitting room have fireplaces.

Rate: $145.00 per night for two.

Polly's room is upstairs across from the suite. Plenty of comfort with a queen bed, and it has a private bath, air-conditioner, and fireplace.


Being on the southwest corner of the house affords an excellent view of sunsets.

Rate: $120.00 per night for two.

Caroline's Room is on the ground floor. This room has both a queen bed and a three-quarter bed. Comes with its own fireplace for those romantic moments.


Caroline's Room is air-conditioned, and also has a private bath.

Rate: $115.00 per night for two.

• Rollaway beds are available for extra persons
• Rate for extra persons is $20.00 per person per night
• Payment may be by cash, personal check, travelers check or credit card. Cards accepted include VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, or American Express.
• Reservations may be guaranteed by credit card or cash/check deposit within 10 days of making the reservation.
• Check-in time: 4:00-6:00 p.m. (or by special arrangement)
• Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.
• Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house
• Breakfast is served between 7:30 and 9:00 a.m.
• Children over 8 years old are welcome.
• Ask about our pets policy (Canine guests are billed at $10.00 per dog per night.)
• Guests are responsible for breakage

Cancellation policy: A full refund of deposit will be made (less a $25.00 administrative fee) for cancellations made 14 or more days before the scheduled arrival date.
